Rebecca Gouldbourne, 20, second year journalism student at Kingston university.
Over the last couple of years I have become increasingly interested on living a healthy life style, since I have started investigating what I am really putting into my body when I consume certain products. I have always been an animal lover but growing up and being fed meat made it hard to give up. I’ve also always been a sucker for junk food. But since discovering more about what is really in food and how it’s produced, I have naturally and gradually adapted myself to a vegan diet, and the content of food has become one of my main interests. This has made me become a happier, healthier person with a lot more self confidence than I ever thought I could have.

We all deserve to know what we are really consuming when buying our weekly food shops, but instead we are often blinded by the truth and lied to by food marketers. This blog intends to inform you of the things the food industry won’t, including my own personal tips from experience and general food news with the purpose to guide you to a happier and healthier life style. 🙂
